The key Highlights of the New Law are as follows:  In a significant development, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued Law No. 26 of 2023, a landmark legislation concerning The Executive Council (TEC) of Dubai. This groundbreaking law outlines the objectives, responsibilities, and structural changes aimed at enhancing Dubai's global standing, ensuring sustainable growth, and fostering a supportive environment for diverse initiatives.

Objectives and Responsibilities of the Executive Council:
