Dubai: The law outlines the objectives of The Executive Council (TEC) of Dubai, with a primary focus on advancing the emirate's rankings across various international competitiveness indices. The key Highlights of the New Law are as follows:  In a significant development, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued Law No. 26 of 2023, a landmark legislation concerning The Executive Council (TEC) of Dubai. Objectives and Responsibilities of the Executive Council:
